Falk Energy AS has taken a major step forward in the development of its vertical-axis wind turbine (VAWT) by moving the company's prototype from the production facilities to a temporary test site. This marks an important milestone in the project and lays the foundation for further testing and optimization.
From production to reality
The innovative turbine, developed with a focus on efficiency, sustainability and social acceptance, has been in production at the company's facilities for the past 6 months. Now the time has come to test it under realistic conditions to validate function, performance and reliability.
Next steps
At the temporary test site, the turbine will undergo functional testing under various weather conditions to gather data and ensure optimal operation before it is moved on to a more permanent test site for further testing. This is an important part of the process toward commercial production and a future with cleaner energy.

Stay tuned for updates and a closer look at how the VAWT technology is taking shape!
